Once farmers are ready to plant, they enter into a tripartite agreement with the company and the government, to commence operations

Companies utilise advanced R&D facilities to perform Soil, Water, and Leaf analysis, ensuring optimum growing conditions and pinpointing any deficiencies.

Fertiliser Supply
Companies set up fertiliser stores, ensuring farmers have easy access to the required fertilisers.

Plantation Maintenance
The Oil Palm plantations are maintained under the strict supervision of the company.

Farmer Payments
Companies must purchase 100% of the produce from farmers in their operational zones, with formula based pricing set transparently and payments credited to farmers' bank accounts.

FFB Collection Centers
Companies establish collection centers equipped with weighment facilities at strategic locations.

Factory Setup
Companies set up Oil Palm processing units in their zones of operation.

FFB Processing
Once collected, the produce is transported from the collection centers to the company’s Palm Oil factories for processing and production of Crude Palm Oil, Palm Kernel Oil and its derivatives.
